Super saturday I did my day 12 of the biking body mommy challenge and went with some friends to jog for 30 minutes, my surprise was, when we got to my friend house she wanted to weight in herself, althou I told her since she just finished workout probably that wasn´t a good idea,she did and I did it too. my surprise was that her scale said I'm at 76 Kilos, so now I'm not really sure if my scale is wrong, I have on of those dial scales, but I can see clearly the pounds, if I'm 76 kilos it means 167pounds. that's really amazing to beleive that in 33 dasy I've lost 13 pounds, but I'm going to keep my records as it is, I'm going to weight in again next thursday, now I'm not really sure if I should get a new scale. I hope that you enjoy your weekend. tomorrow is my day off from exercise and cheat meal day in my lunch.
