#Toolbox...another 'tool' that makes the 'building' of our new bodies & lifestyles successful🔨 It's not just WHAT we eat, but also HOW we eat that can make a difference each day. Blessings to you, my FS family 💙🤗🙋♀️

The "in the moment" is one I always have to work on

Hi Liv 🙋♀️ I am still working on ALL of them!🤣😲 But it's gonna take a LOT to get me to stop eating my apportioned SmartPop popcorn while we watch evening TV!

@Liv...ya know what? I don't think I NEED to give that up, actually. It's logged, it's figured into my macros for the day and it's gone before 7pm...so....it's all good!!

It's 'food for thought'...right? (or is it thought for food?) 😂😉👍

Those are all good points to remember. Eating only sitting at the table is my main "In-the-moment" - This is a good one. Thanks Crystal Jo.

I'm not mindful at all. I eat like a man who has been working in a field all day. No noticing and savoring unfortunately
|
Another good one Crystal. And thank u for your touching comment on my post! I've never been anyone's hero before! 💜💜🙏🙏🙏💜💜💜💜

I tend to do the same thing and have to slow down eating meals and I practice mindfully actually "chewing" my food - it must be a family related mealtime moment or something - I never considered it before the comment - eat like a man who has been working in a field all day --- maybe it was because we often did work in the field all day --- hungry and hungry now --- "Feed me Seymour"

Such a good post! Mindful eating is sooooo important! My satisfaction at meals IMMEDIATELY went up the moment I stopped eating while watching TV, while on my phone, etc. I enjoy just taking my time to enjoy my food now and I can’t imagine ever going back.
