Well, I've been on this diet for one week. I actually started on Tuesday, May 12th at 224 pounds. I thought I would lose more than 2 lbs since I did the quick start liquid diet. I didn't take into consideration that my weigh in at 224 lbs was on May 6th. I ate everything I wanted in between the 6th and 12th so I might have weighed a bit more by the time I actually started the diet. I feel thinner and much more energetic. I just can't get over the disappointment of losing so little. I was hoping to lose at least 5 lbs. the first week and then shoot for no more than 2 lbs every week thereafter. It doesn't help that I'm so hungry today. I did cheat last Friday and ate a omlet biscuit from Hardee's. I'm not as dedicated now that I'm returning to the diet. I want to lose the weight, but I feel too weak minded.I feel like I'm being punished.

Don't beat yourself up over it. I do the same thing your do. I've been on it for a year and a half on and off. now i really need to do it. I need motivation too.
