After being over 260 pounds (actually got up to 269 but fat secret beginning weight is entered at 262 I believe), being 1.4 pounds away from 200 almost seems surreal. I wonder what tomorrow brings? :)
Here's a tip you may appreciate: If anyone loves ice cream as much as I do (though I rarely eat it now), I make shakes using Visalus Vi-Shape nutritional shake mix. It's non gmo soy protein and it's the sweet cream flavor.
The shake calls for 2 rounded scoops and I use 3 for a bit added flavor when I have a sweet tooth. Each scoop has 45 calories just about every vitamin you can think of including 22% fiber and 24% protein.
I use fat free milk, one cup 90 calories, and half a frozen banana.
I put it all in a blender and fill the blender halfway with ice cubes and a little water, quarter cup. After a thorough blending(about 2 minutes for me), the now almost full blender pitcher makes about 8 servings in a parfait glasses which I put in the freezer and eat later as a snack or dessert after dinner. About 300 calories for the whole pitcher about 38 calories per serving. It's totally delicious, will keep you away from ice cream and.....it's GOOD FOR YOU!!
