Leg day has come around again. Yes I am not in a happy place either. It’s not that I don’t like leg day, it’s just I am so tired when it comes around. In the past I did leg day on Monday and was fresh and could handle it. Now i have it Friday and am miserable. Why did I change?!
I have reasons but I’m thinking it’s time to go back to Monday leg day. I actually got them done then and my legs looked fabulous. Ok. Time to quit stalling and back to hack squats.
