HI Everyone. I lost 3 lbs this week! Yay!... Generally, it hasn't been as tough as I thought it would be.. The WW points system really helps keep me on track, and since I like to write everything and track everything down its been a fairly smooth transition. Its really tough when I go out to eat. So I've really tried to minimize eating out as much as possible.. Did you know that burger kings honey mustard dipping sauce has 9 grams of fat!!! Oh my gawwwd,, One little serving ounce! I made a huge mistake and substituted this for Mayo and after looking up the nutritional value I was SHOCKED!!! I mistakenly ordered the dipping sauce instead of their non fat honey mustard salad dressing.. I just barely skimmed right under my daily weight watchers points yesterday,, DANNNG HONEY MUSTARD !!! It wasn't worth the 3 points.. Its not thattttt good. NOT 3 points good.. Thats an entire breakfast points! good lord! My 10 year old was giggling as I gasped at my computer screen when I read the value..Live and learn,,Live and Learn.. Keeping the momentum going. I wish the same for you all out there too!!
