I did great yesterday. I ate less than 1200 calories yesterday an I drank 83ounces of water. I weighed the same when I got up this morning but I know it doesn't happen over night. I walked maybe a mile yesterday. I also did some excerising on the wii with yoga and strenghth training. I am getting back into my habbit of doing it everyday. I weigh myself every monrning and do a body test to find out what my wii age is. Yesterday I was 37 and this morning I was 30. I am getting better but it all depends on how much sleep I get the night before and Hoe much I have eaten.
