Thanks dreamcatcher, unamoyer, instantcrazy, wholefoodnut, Deb and supporters. It means a lot to me the comments and the supports. Long and tough journey to even get this far. You all make it so much more enjoyable than going it alone.

It is a long journey and often with surprising twists and turns into the rest of your life. I've learned so much on mine and more to come I'm sure.

Yes, it is wholefoodnut. That is what, hopefully, keeps us young at heart. Learning, trial and error. As well as people who care, friends, and family.

Hi, you are also a gramma so those grandkids keep us hopping!! Have to keep up with them!! Now I have a great-granddaughter on the way, due most any day, her big sis is 2yo but not related to me-- will be part of the family too. Even my grandsons (almost 13) last weekend asked to see my muscles, upper arms of course. They know I go to the gym, it was "cool your muscles are getting bigger and tour arms aren't so floppy, it was funny. So keep at it, your grandkids will love it!!

Yes, they do and I love every bit of it! A couple of years ago my three year old grandson told me, while patting my arm, "Nana, you have so many muscles you could lift a couch!". Funny, I had never paid attention to my arms. I was always concentrating on my waist and hips so I could crowd myself into the smallest pair of jeans I could get in! Turning point! Started working weights more. Mind you, I have no intention of lifting couches! Now, I work on health more than on looks. Of course, would be really great to fit in smaller clothes, feel even better, and look nice.
