What started out as a good day on my diet went bad when I went to McDonald's...and they gave me the wrong item. I asked for a salad with grilled chicken....got it with fried chicken. Since I went to the drivethru...I was already home when I discovered it. It also made me question whether the coke was diet too.
It was a "running" night so I let it go- went for my run. But- I ended up pigging out on two Taco Bell burittos and a taco. It's just a small set back- I'll get back on the wagon.
