Finally broke 240 pounds. I just started going back to the gym regularly on Saturday, and started eating better about a week before that. So I'm about a week and a half in and I've lost 6 of my 10 pound goal for this month so far. Occasionally my weight will fluctuate, but it's not discouraging me because I know I'm doing everything right and that the weight WILL come off. I took some body measurements to make comparisons further down the line. All is going well so far!
I haven't been overly hungry or having a lot of cravings either. I'm sticking with about 1500-1700 calories each day, and the tea and coffee helps me a lot. Salty snacks are my weakness but I haven't really been indulging in many. However, I did just buy a bag of dried chickpeas with spices. It'll help with the times I do end up with cravings.
