Its -30 f outside and Ive honestly been really lazy with working out. I decided to get off my ass and let the die decide today. These did a good job kicking my butt for now. I lost count and ended up doing 30 burpees.

I did CrossFit for about 8 months last year, burpee’s are not fun but they work 😜

Yeah I did CrossFit for a few months a couple years ago. They gym was a bit too "bro" for me and I like just make my own fitness schedule. I love/hate burpees. I can't really do a strict pushup so I go all the way to the ground and I can pushup from that. My shoulders burn like hell so something's working.
I rolled the dice again yesterday and got 20(more) burpees, 15 jump lunges, 15 jump squats, and 30 mountain climbers. I'm taking a break for today. Opening and close my car door hurt 😂
