RDI says 1500 calories which must be incorrect
as that only leaves 700/9 = 77.7 g fat at approx 48% and should be 60- 70 % need to up fat by 12-22 % or 84-168 calories?

105 g fat = 950 cals plus 780 cals from protein/carbs
= 1730 calories.

ok we will go with this for a bit.
