Yes. But first I must eat less! I have gotten off track and neet to work on getting the calories under control. Keep trying!

Yes, I detox myself by drinking water a lot - after three days our body will adjust to get thirst easily and full easily with water.. and you wont feel the urge to eat more... trust me.. this the laziest way!
