leni : aq itung jg d tdeecalculator,gk jauh beda si..klo d tdeecalculator tdee nya 1700an..d fs kalori harian 1500 jd ituu udah cut 200an bnernya..coba aja cek d tdee calculator dlu,stau aq si cutting itu 200-500 aja dr tdee jgn lbih dr itu..
