When it's beautiful outside like it has been lately, I take the longer walk up the mountain road. I almost feel cheated when I can't do a walk with good hills in it. I'm trying to make exercise as important a part of my schedule as work. It certainly makes me feel better and more energetic overall, instead of tired. I never did see that connection before.
Stayed up too late designing 2 logos last night. My sleep sched is wack.
