The start of this weight loss journey wasn't the strongest. I didn't go to the gym like I had originally planned, and I ended up eating some peanut M&Ms. I still lost a little weight, but I need to try buckling down a little better, and might need to find some tips for getting healthy when you feel tired. Sometimes I'm too tired to do anything that would promote good health. I'm going to try to go to the gym today, but I won't guarantee anything yet.
