Thank you fatty ed. I had some water weight since last week and from the polish sausage with onions and peppers (no bun) from the Oktoberfest on Saturday. It must have been saltier than I thought it was, but sooo delicious. I planned on eating exactly that before I went to stay under my RDI. I was so glad they posted the available menu online. Danced a lot to the live music (decent band played), walked around and talked to friends. Maybe I worked some of the fat off :)
