Interesting …. What do you make with the egg whites ?

I use them to increase protein intake especially in my eggs, so I’ll have 1 egg and add the egg whites to reduce fat content. My personal favourite is since I can’t eat carb so no bread. I get tired of wrapping my breakfast with lettuce I put a tablespoon of coconut flour and make my 2 minutes wraps. You’ll love them. They come out great😊
