I haven't been on much as I stopped logging my food, etc. My husband died about one month ago, so I am involuntarily on a new widow diet. I am trying to eat healthy when I do eat and I am exercising just to keep my sanity. My soul mate of nearly 40 years died suddenly of a massive heart attack on Ash Wednesday, March 9th. I am unable to log my weight at the moment because I am not home, but when I get there I will weight in again.
