Good Afternoon. I hope all you Mothers had a Great Mother's day. Every day is Mother's day at my house. I live with my daughter and her husband and they are so good to me. I am truly Blessed. Went out to breakfast yesterday and did fine. No weight loss this morning but that is Ok. I know my body will let go soon and I will see movement. Hopefully down not up. tee hee Each day is an adventure in learning how to cope and how to keep those pesky calories in check.
95.7 kg Lost so far: 19.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
