It's so funny, this past Friday I was so shocked when I weighed myself that I forgot to put my weight into the system. I am 5.8 lbs. lighter than March 25th, 2011.
I am only going for 2 lbs a week. But I started using my Schwinn Air-dyne bike for one hour a day. If I'd known it would help so much, I would have used it earlier. I thought it was boring, but I guess I don't want the excitement of heart disease or diabetes. I'll be going to visit my sister in Florida for the rest of the week I hope I can stick to my plan. I guess I'll bring a box of Cheerio's and dry milk. I don't want to be tempted.
