晚餐:雞腿排半塊(去皮)、青菜、鹹蛋苦瓜、麻油雞(雞腿肉2塊、高麗菜跟杏鮑菇)

感覺吃太多肉了😅
而且晚上心情很沮喪⋯
難道是因為生理期影響心情嗎😞
