I am so tired; I didn't sleep last night. At least I didn't eat; instead I drank water. Just had my trusty oatmeal to help with my cholesterol. It doesn't help that I am stressed out. I need to relax; and that's not been happening lately. Just too tense. Plan to rest and take it easy today.
