here I go again. I had given up on my diet. guess I just got burned out. so I'm going to try again. my goal is to lose 50 lbs to start with. small goals right lol

You can do it! Loading up with veggies helped me feel full with fewer calories while I was eating at a deficit. Small plates really helped with portion control, too.
