Yuck, what a day yesterday! I sort of wanted to think of it as my "free day" this week, but I ended up feeling like crap. It is totally not worth it to eat so badly, because it catches up to you the next day. I'm sitting here with veggie juice trying to cleanse out my system. Now I only have a little more than three weeks before my trip, and if I'm going to make any difference before then, I need to really stick to a plan here. I feel like I've been trying for the past week and a half, and still the scale isn't budging. I do feel better for having my personal training sessions though.
Anyways, that's it for now. Bad eating day yesterday, hopefully a good one today. Blech.
