Ran 3 1/2 miles today and went for a long fast paced walk. Burned around 550 calories. I also was able to stay under my RDI (1302 calories) without binging even though there were so many temptations around. It's getting a bit easier to restart my diet. Gonna make sure to keep going with this workout schedule, even after spring break. I'm going to wait to weigh in again until next week, because I've been becoming a little too scale-crazy this past month. Don't want to feel discouraged. I'll just focus on being active and staying healthy.
