Had some slip ups which started at a BBQ where there was only meat and a salad that was loaded with eggs and bacon and chicken. I ate so much better than I have been and have been exercising way more than I have in the past. My goal is two go 30 minutes 5 days a week. I think I can handle that. I did get my period on Thursday which screwed everything up because I gained a bunch of water weight and felt like crap for 2 days, but even through that I did OK. I did lose 3.5 pounds since starting so I am pleased! I need to be satisfied with 2 pounds a week or I will never lose it.
