finally 20 ibs lost..This is my first mile stone. My next goal is lose another 15 lbs by May 20th.
BODY FAT: 40.9
BMI: 29.8
This is all going down. Thank goodness!
83.0 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good Luck! My goal is almost the same as yours, only I have my sons graduation on June 9th, so that is my goal. Would love to lose it by May though, that would be awesome! Do you want to buddy up for the 15lbs? New to Fatsecret, but not to Atkins.
