Today was a bad day for eating. This head cold is making me miserable. I craved cookies and didn't want to eat anything today. I started out good with eggs, but by the end of the evening I was wanting nothing that was healthy! Monday: Get back on track! I haven't lost weight since the 18th. Come on!!
