Big lunch for today. Needed more energy after this mornings workout. 😋 So I can workout more! Tilapia, broccoli, and a knorr cheddar broccoli rice side I can’t resist. Oh and some prosciutto I needed to get rid of.

That looks so good! Do you have any suggestions? I’m just getting started with dieting! Also any ideas on how to get rid of visceral fat and inner thigh & calves? Any help is much appreciated! Thanks.

My only advice is cardio. It’s been working for me so far. I just walk on my treadmill.

How much did you lose in how long if you don’t mind me asking? I started exercising end of May lost 8lbs(no dieting)but been slacking lately & am starting again but dieting this time also. I had tummy tuck & 2 Lipos(stomach back/sides)I’m small & look pregnant lol so trying to lose extra fat. I’m 130 4’11” & need to lose internal belly fat and inner thighs & calves. Do you think treadmill will work for that?

I’ve lost 7lb in a month but I’ve been cutting a lot of calories.
