I didn't cheat by eating anything that wasn't on my plan, I cheated because the weight I lost was probably mostly water and I weighed myself in the afternoon after the bike ride. So the weigh in itself was cheating in my mind. But I did want to see less than 210. Results keep me motivated. Tilapia poached in water, soy sauce, ginger and sarache along with vegetables is going to taste fantastic for dinner. What are you having?
