can anyone help? If my RDI on here is 2300 and I am having a 500 deficit so my intake is 1800 (planned my day to use all 1800) and I am going to do 500 calories on my exercise bike today. Should I risk eating something that will cost me an extra 300 calories? Or will this mess things up?

the dinner is gammon, egg, " missing 300 calories" peas, mushrooms and tomato. it just feels illegal not to have chips (homemade, oven cooked with frylight) with gammon and egg. do I chance it?

Probably to late now, but enjoy the gammon ,egg and chips, to be honest, 2300 seems high, Mine is,,1750 (not from fat secret, but from the gym InBody machine) and that 1750 is calories I’d burn , if I did nothing all day, just stayed motionless, so if you’ve been on the exercise bike, as well, you should still have some kind of deficit,,so don’t worry about it so much ,,have a stricter day tomorrow.
