Thanks, I am working on healthy habits and portion sizes. I am using Optavia Habits of Health to learn more about making better choices. It is not all about our strengths to hold out or control urges. It can be more about choosing other options...knowing that there are options better than the unhealthy choice I was just about to make. I do sometimes make an unhealthy choice! I had and ice cream bar 2 days ago. I haven't had ice cream in ages!
