so I went rogue this weekend for my birthday and had fast food, alcohol, and cake. haven't gotten back on the diet yet but there's no time like the present!
I also broke my swim routine (I know so bad!) but that was more due to a uti caused (presumably) by using the gym pool at the end of the day than anything. I'm going to go tonight, and try to wake up early enough from now on to start a pre-work exercise routine. I'm not a morning person by any stretch of the imagination, so I'll check in tomorrow to let you know how that goes! (Sorry for any typos this is from my phone!)
