This is a great start to my favorite (and typical) Russian salad. I add a ton of fresh herbs like parsley and dill or take a step further and smother it and sour cream. It’s delicious either way and yours looks yumm!

@heatherc1230 I added salt, pepper, my go to garlic salt blend. A dash of Worcestershire sauce and tomato, basil, garlic, olive oil.
