I started ww points plus on March 12th; I gained 2 pounds. I think my body needs to adjust to the new program. I will weigh in on Saturday

Yea, some people have gains the first week. I think it takes time to get used to the new program. Eat your dailies! Even though fruit and veggies are free, they have calories, so you still have to be careful (i wouldn't eat 6 banana's in a row, lol) Drink your water. Focus on lean proteins, dairy, fruits and veggies. Watch out for processed foods with a lot of sodium. Get in some exercise if you can. The extra points you need to play around with. Some people lose better eating all, some or none. Good luck!
