My boyfriend has been a huge supporter of my getting healthy. He says he loves me for me, but the health problems were worrying him. But the health scares of coming off meds as I'm adjusting without the aid of medications are scarry as well. The last week I was on insulin (yes, I'm no longer on insulin, today marks day 6!!) it was very hectic...a week of sugar lows, waking in the middle of the night "sick", having to eat something...exercising and then all of a sudden sugar crash...you know to be prepared, so I already had a snack of some sort in my emergency bag...which goes everywhere with me. So as I stated I'm off insulin...my sugars are doing great!! I lost (.6) lbs. I'll take it!! Now off to continue to get off blood pressure med!! All praise, honor, and glory are God's!
