I can't believe this is working! Yesterday I had McDonald's French fries for lunch and steak and roasted potatoes at dinner and I still lost!!! :D
68.9 kg Lost so far: 37.7 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
