Bener g sih selera makan itu naik turun? soalnya bbrp minggu yg udh lewat full kmrn makanku bablas smpe kurleb 2000an kkal terus sampe males nginputin di ctatan. Trus tiba2 hr ini bner2 rasanya kenyang terus sampe bingung menuhin kalori harian pdhl dh ngantuk. Apa makanan kemaren2 masih nyisa ya di pencernaan?
