14. 11 Atkins. Did not budge today, in spite of the vigorous class I had yesterday. I may have eaten 3 Atkins bars, that's why maybe. Still 4 lbs in 6 days. I will start again on Monday. I need to do at least 2 more lb. by not tomorrow, but next Monday! Let's see.
