Before dinner. . .not much of a decrease from last week :( but hopefully a few ounces are just water weight since I just got off a 12 hr clinical shift on my feet.
55.3 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
