having trouble getting back into the swing of self control after a few days worth of binging i am certainly glad that it doesn't seem to have made the weight come back but i can't count on that being the case if i continued that way for long i can definitely attribute my momentary weakness to stress teething baby screaming toddler and a 4 day flair up from my hernia not to mention the stress that comes from my significant other it seems as if i am a constant source of disappointment to him it constantly seems that nothing i do is right in his eyes

YOur journal caught me with the stress and significant other. That where the majority of mine comes from. And on those days where its bad i seem to have the hardest time sticking to my diet plan. I have learned to exercise sometiems when it gets to the point wheer i wanna eat. BUt just hang in there, when things get hard, just focus on your goals, dont let anyone stand in the way of your success. If u fall down a few days pick your self and try again. Good Luck!
