Overview of September…

Total Loss: 6 pounds (total loss: 53.2)

Current weight: 221.8 (did not make goal of being under 220 by the end of the month)

BMI: 32.8

Exercises: started karate, riding bike at least 3 miles at least once a week, slacked off on walking in the morning and midday short workouts, weight room together.

Food: Good, getting better at fasting-helping to feel better.

Goals for October…

Weight: 215

Exercise: walk every morning, karate 3x/wk, bike 1x/wk, weights 3x/wk, midday short 5x/wk

Food: No food after 7pm
