Worked out at the Y with the trainer today for the first time in a while. I have been dreading it, but I always feel better after I go. I haven't gotten into a good exercise routine and I'm not feeling motivated to do it.
I'm going to try to eat less today. Just a cup of yogurt with nuts for lunch. Mom said she's bringing some poached pears she made. I'll get some lettuce and make a chicken salad tonight or something.
