doing good - almost at my first 10 pound lost - staying focused. walking up the stairs each day at work - 4 flights. Need to add more exercise!!! I am excited about my weight lose and thankful for Trina may bugging me to join fatsecret with her.

God is good!!!
79.5 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 22.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
