〠Yesterday was a good diet day. And I just finished two hours on the treadmill.

I just weighed myself, and I was down below 160, just barely! It was 159.8. I'm not going to record it yet. I'm going to let that weight just settle there, and gain momentum. My next weigh in day will be Thursday. Hopefully the scale will go a little lower by then.
