I know some people might not ever see this but I want to say thank you to everybody on Fat Secret. Thank you for every encouraging and motivating word that you say to others. It's amazing that words still can help people get up, get out and get healthy. Please keeping being a good friend and giving encouragement. It feels good to know your getting healthier but it feels better your helping someone else get healthy. THANK YOU FAT SECRET MEMBERS!!!!!!

You can do this!! Stay motivated by being active and make sure you involve your entire family in the weight loss. If you are ever having a bad day remember to ask yourself, do I want to eat to live, or live to eat!
