Lowest weight in years! Again, I'm not after losing weight, just fat. Since I'm also gaining muscle I expect that somewhere around 180 lbs. is the most I'll lose, but we'll see. The good news is, this is signaling me being a little closer to dropping from 15% to 14% body fat. Must stay disciplined...
