Another one bites the dust! I indulged last night. But hopefully it won't amount to much on the scale. I'm not putting the food in my food journal. But I won't give myself a happy face for yesterday. Weekends are tough! I think today should be better. I'm off to treadmill.

For my ten mile challenge I'm going to keep a record of my treadmill:

Keep up the great work! We ought to be able to have a treat every now and then, especially as hard as work are working out.
