Well, if you snooze you looze and this time I didn't loose! I let myself go without eating, and then I ate without thinking. I thought I could handle the extra calories and carbs. Not so... Today it was back to the gym and back to tuna and salads!!! Drinking more water and thinking about the choices of what I put in my mouth!
